How far in advance should I book a tour?
For peak season (June-September), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for popular destinations. For off-season travel, 1-2 months is typically sufficient, though booking earlier gives you more options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard policy allows full refunds for cancellations made 60+ days before departure, 50% refund for 30-59 days, and no refunds for less than 30 days. However, we offer flexible booking options and travel insurance to protect your investment. Each tour may have specific policies, which will be clearly outlined during booking.
Do you offer group discounts?

What fitness level is required for your tours?

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes emergency medical coverage, trip cancellation/interruption, and emergency evacuation, especially for wilderness adventures. We can suggest providers if needed.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Our guides are experts at adapting to changing conditions. For minor weather issues, we'll adjust activities while maintaining the tour's essence. In cases of severe weather that could impact safety, we may reschedule activities or provide alternatives. Complete cancellations due to weather are rare but would qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
